Hey Everybody,

My outdoor training program, Old School Fitness, has come to NYC! (Been old school in Boston for the last few years.)

Let’s be honest, those workouts in your posh gym are making you soft! And all that time spent on your couch is making you even softer!

Come out and train Rocky-style in the beautiful outdoors and get back in fightin’ shape!

Sure, you can train in the comforts of the gym sometimes but if you do not get outside and PLAY you will not recapture the physical freedom you felt in your youth.

There’s just something about the physical competition, camaraderie, and outdoors that takes our athletes (we call everyone athletes) to the next level of fitness.

The program is FOR ALL SKILL LEVELS – we will scale movements, you will learn 🙂

We meet at West 86th St. and Central Park Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 6 30am and Saturday mornings at 11am (other times will be added – let me know any suggestions!).

The basic class format:

10 – 15 min. – Dynamic Warm-up, Stretching, Corrective Exercises for particular needs (ex. tight shoulders from desk sitting all day, low back aches)

20 – 30 min. – Skill (ex. handstands, rolls), Timed Workout Challenge (ex. stair sprints, tree pull ups, medicine ball throws, push ups)

10 – 15 min. – Cool Down, Stretching, More Corrective Exercises

ACSM and Crossfit Certified Fitness Coach. CPR Certified. 7 years of experience training individuals and groups, from grandmothers to young adults, turning the sedentary into athletes and weaknesses into strengths :).
